Very clean hotel for a 3 star. Pool isn’t deep but quite clean and organized. For the price it’s definitely worth the stay. Great location!
Stayed 8.9.2025. Sonya at front desk was super friendly and very courteous. Location is great. Air conditioner work really good. Room was clean. Hallways were warm but that was fine as we stayed in the room and just passing in the hall. Water pressure is fair but we suspect there is a water reduction/saver code requirement initiative new and remodel hotels should adhere to. Male employee work extra hard to keep breakfast stocked. Both he and Sonya did a great job keeping things clean and organized for the breakfast area. Pool area and pool water looked clean. Ice machine worked great Would we stay again in the future - yes.
Checked in and the foor handle to the restroom was messed up. Took a pic and showed it to the front desk and he immediately said "it wasn't like that" which is why we showed him right away because I knew they would want to charge us for it. The first floor is hella noisy! Especially being next to the elevator, pool area and side door. The pool is not heated but it is room temperature so the kids can enjoy either way. Breakfast was mid.
This is the best ran hotel in Edmond, hands down. The staff is friendly, understanding, and true to accommodate us any way could. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone because it’s the best value for the price.
Absolutely loved our stay! Clean rooms, breakfast was great, and the staff was really nice!! The room was so spacious!! The bathroom had seemed to be updated, which is always a plus. They had little candies and always had fresh lemon or orange water in the lobby! The parking isn’t the greatest, but I’ll take a clean comfortable space any day!! The beds were comfy also! Will definitely stay there again! We stayed two nights ant this Best Western after staying at another place that was horrific….thank you!
Very clean, spacious, quiet hotel! I was very pleased with my room, the free breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and courteous!. I recommend this hotel.
Its good enough for the price. Clean, warm and friendly staff. Are there downsides? Yeah, some stuff is worn, but the staff when we visited were accommodating at fixing what they could.
The hotel is in a good location. The shower is great. They have a shower massage. The water did not come out good in the sink. The bed was not as comfortable as O am used to. The breakfast was good. The air conditioner made noise. They are going to upgrade it. The room was very clean.
